Questions
Do I need Excel?
Yes, Microsoft Excel for Windows or Mac (desktop or Microsoft 365). No macros and no add-ins. The files use standard formulas, so they also open in LibreOffice Calc, though the layout was tested in Excel.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Pick the file, leave your email, and we send a payment link. You get the download after payment. There is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Will these work for tax filing?
They are organising tools, not tax, legal or accounting advice. The Property Manager includes a per-property Schedule E summary so the numbers are ready to check, but you should still confirm them with your own accountant.
Can I share the file?
You can use it and pass it to a friend. Please do not resell it.
What if a formula is wrong?
Email us and we will fix it and send you the corrected file. Every formula was tested in Excel against hand-calculated totals.
Do you use AI?
Yes. These templates were designed with AI assistance and tested by hand afterwards. Some product copy was written with AI. The spreadsheets do not need AI to work.
